Chicken Pie




1st kena buat pastri pie tu dulu
Bahan2:
  1. tepung gandum (tepung serba guna also can) 500grm
  2. butter 250g
  3. lemak sayuran sket
  4. telur 4bijik
  5. baking powder 1sudu
  6. garam secubit
Tepung gandum mix dgn baking powder, ayak halus.. campur butter sket2 (butter tu kalo potong cube better) n vege pure tu.. uli slow2 smpai serdak2 gitu, campur garam, masukkan telur.. uli lagik.. pastu letak dlm fridge dlm 20-30minit..

meanwhile waiting for adunan pastri tu ready, kita buat inti..

bahan2:
  1. isi ayam
  2. button mushroom (hiris halus)
  3. mix vege
  4. rempah kari (if nk rasa kari)
  5. pepper
  6. tepung gandum sket
  7. butter cair
  8. bawang merah n putih
potong bawang merah n putih dadu, tumis.. kdian, lempar isi ayam yg dh dipotong dadu, pastu owei masukkan rempah kari n pepper, lempar sekalian mix vege n mushroom tu dlm periuk, goreng smpai kering..

butter cair tu laks mix dgn tepung gandum sket, pastu kaco2 dgn inti yg dh buat td..

skrg dh blh kluarkn adunan pastri dari fridge, uli bagi nipis pastu cover mangkuk pie (korg blh beli kt supermarket, mcm aluminium foil tu).. lekat2 kt dinding mangkuk pie tu, before that jgn lupa salut butter kt dinding dlm mangkuk tu..

isi inti dlm mangkuk.. pastu buat satu lapis lagik cover atas pie tu.. nk sambung tepi pie tu, tekan dgn garfu.. pastu sapu kuning telur atas tu..

panaskn oven, bakar 180c in 40minits..
